RETURNS & REFUNDS

All refunds/returns must be accompanied by a customer profile to retrieve the receipt associated with the purchase.

E-Liquids/Nic Salts are not able to be returned. Please check your bottles before leaving the store.

Defective items attributed to user error are not eligible for return/refund.

If the item is a manufacturer defect, we will replace with same/similar item within 30 days.

All nicotine disposables must be tested before leaving the store. If defective they will be exchanged for same/similar product. If you leave the store, disposable sales are final.

All sale products are final! These items will not be returned or refunded for any reason.
